Terms of Use for Mornington Events

These terms govern the use of our platform for events, local events, and leisure activities. By registering or booking, you accept the following rules and obligations.

1. Scope and Provider

Mornington Events (Operator: Robert-Kugler-Gasse 89b, 0664 5426605, info@morningtonevents.com) provides an online platform through which users can discover, book, and rate events. These terms apply to all visits and bookings on the website as well as participation in mediated events.

2. Service Description and Liability

We exclusively mediate tickets and participation slots for third-party events. Mornington Events assumes no liability for the execution, quality, or safety of the booked events. In the event of cancellation or change of an event, please contact the organizer directly. Our platform serves as an information and booking interface – we are not the organizer ourselves unless expressly indicated.

3. User Rights and Obligations

You undertake to provide truthful information when booking and not to publish any content that violates applicable law (in particular, no hate speech, no misleading information, no advertising for gambling or cryptocurrencies). Sharing access credentials is not permitted. In the event of violations, we reserve the right to block your account and take legal action.

4. Payment Terms and Cancellation

All prices are in euros including statutory VAT. Payment is made by credit card, PayPal, or instant bank transfer. Cancellation is possible free of charge up to 48 hours before the start of the event – after that, the full amount is due. In the event of short-term cancellations by the organizer, we will refund the ticket price in full. Processing fees will not be charged.

5. Data Protection and Communication

We process your personal data exclusively in accordance with our privacy policy (policy.html). By booking, you consent to us sending you event-related information by email. Your data will only be used for advertising purposes with separate consent. You can object to this use at any time.

6. Changes and Termination

Mornington Events reserves the right to change these terms at any time with a notice period of 14 days. The changed terms will be communicated to you by email. If you do not accept them, you can terminate your account within the notice period. Termination is possible at any time informally by email to info@morningtonevents.com. After termination, your data will be deleted unless statutory retention obligations prevent this.

7. Final Provisions

Austrian law applies. The place of jurisdiction is the competent court in Vienna. Should a provision of these terms be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. For questions regarding these terms, please contact our support at info@morningtonevents.com or by phone at 0664 5426605.
