An event refers to all public and private gatherings organized or mediated by us – from concerts and parties to workshops and cultural evenings. This also includes digital formats, provided they are marked as such. Spontaneous meetings without prior registration or planning by us are not considered events.
No. Different regulations may apply to paid events, open-air events, and indoor formats – for example, regarding cancellation, admission, or weather conditions. The applicable terms will be clearly communicated to you before booking or purchasing a ticket. If anything is unclear, our team will be happy to help.
Changes to the schedule, artists, or locations are possible and remain at our discretion. We will inform you in a timely manner via email or on the event page. A claim for compensation or withdrawal only exists in the case of significant deviations that fundamentally alter the character of the event. Minor adjustments – such as a start time shifted by 30 minutes – are not considered significant.
At many of our events, photos and videos are taken for documentation and promotional purposes. By entering the event premises, you consent to possibly being depicted. If you do not wish this, please contact our staff on site – we respect your decision and will not specifically capture you.
An experience for us is an emotional or sensory moment that goes beyond a mere visit – such as a special atmosphere, a surprising encounter, or a creative participatory activity. We assume no liability for brought items such as bags, jackets, cameras, or valuables. We recommend not leaving valuables unattended. Lockers are available at some locations – use is at your own risk. In case of loss or theft, please contact the security personnel on site.
