2018

Founding Idea

A private celebration among friends sparked the desire to create unforgettable experiences for the community. Initial concepts for local open-air events were developed.

2019

First Neighborhood Festival

With 800 guests and 15 volunteers, the first public event took place. The positive response confirmed the concept and motivated further development of the offerings.

2021

Restart After the Break

After the pandemic-related interruption, we started with a hybrid format: small live concerts and digital interactive activities. Adaptability became our strength.

2023

Cooperation with the City

Collaboration with the city administration enabled the use of public spaces for regular events. The team grew to five permanent employees.

2024

Award for Sustainability

Our concept for reusable tableware and regional catering was awarded the regional environmental prize. Visitor numbers rose to over 5,000 per event.

2025

Established Event Partner

Today, we plan and realize over 20 events annually – from food festivals to cultural nights. Our network includes 120 local artists and vendors.

Every step was a decision for quality, community, and genuine experiences.

Frequently Asked Questions About Our Events

Here you will find clear answers regarding registration, process, and organization – without unnecessary details.

How do I register for an event?

Registration is done directly via the respective event page. There you will find a booking button that guides you through the process. After successful registration, you will receive a confirmation by email. If you have any questions, our support team is available at info@morningtonevents.com.

Can I cancel or exchange my ticket?

Cancellation is possible free of charge up to 14 days before the event starts. After that, we only refund the amount if the event is canceled. Exchanging for a different date is possible by arrangement – just send us a short message.

Are there discounts for groups or families?

Yes, for groups of 10 or more people we grant a 15% discount. Families with children under 12 receive reduced tickets. The exact conditions can be found on the respective event page under "Prices & Discounts".

How accessible are your events?

We place great importance on accessibility. All venues are wheelchair accessible, there are designated seating areas and accessible restrooms. For special needs, please contact us in advance – we will find a solution.

What happens in bad weather at open-air events?

In case of rain or storms, we decide at least 24 hours in advance about a postponement or relocation to a covered venue. You will be informed by email. The ticket remains valid for the replacement date.

Can I bring my own food and drinks?

Generally, this is not permitted as we provide a diverse catering service. Exceptions apply for allergy sufferers or small children – just talk to us. We want all guests to have a completely carefree experience.

Why we exist

We create spaces where people come together to share real moments – beyond appointments and to-do lists.

Community over scenery Every event is a stage for encounters, not just for staging. We focus on formats that encourage exchange.

Quality over volume Better a small, thoughtful celebration than a big one with an empty program. We pay attention to good music, good food, and genuine hosts.

Plan sustainably From reusable tableware to regional partners – we question every step and avoid unnecessary effort.

Memories that last A successful evening is more than a photo. We create experiences that people still talk about weeks later.
